Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with what you ordered. If something is not right, our 30-day return policy gives you 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return window

You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to start a return

Email info@yalelondon.com with your order number. If your return is accepted we will send you the return address and instructions. Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.

We do not publish a fixed returns address, and returns must not be sent to any of the business addresses listed on this website. The address you need is the one we give you by email once your return has been accepted.

Return shipping costs

Customers pay the cost of return shipping. Original delivery charges, where any applied, are non-refundable. We recommend a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different size, colour or item, the quickest route is to return the original and place a new order once the return has been accepted.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return we will let you know whether the refund is approved. If it is, we process it to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few extra days to show it.

We do not charge restocking fees.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

Please check your order on delivery and email info@yalelondon.com straight away if an item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered. In those cases we cover the return cost.

Items that cannot be returned

Some items cannot be returned: perishable goods, custom or personalised products, and personal-care or hygiene items such as underwear and opened grooming products. Gift cards are also non-returnable. Get in touch if you are unsure about a specific item.

The 14-day cooling-off period

Under UK consumer law you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without giving a justification. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition.
