Shipping Policy

Where we deliver

We deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom. It is the customer's responsibility to give a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout.

Delivery cost

Delivery is free on every order within the United Kingdom. There is no minimum order value and no delivery charge is added at checkout.

Processing and cut-off time

Orders are processed within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday). Our daily cut-off is 16:00 (GMT). Orders placed after that time, or at the weekend or on a public holiday, start processing on the next working day.

Estimated delivery time

Estimated delivery is 2–3 working days in total, including processing and transit. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, weather or peak periods.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped you will get a confirmation email with tracking details where available. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to become active.

If your order has not arrived

Check your tracking and your delivery address, then email info@yalelondon.com so we can chase it with the carrier.

Incorrect address

If a parcel comes back to us because the address given at checkout was incorrect or incomplete, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. A re-delivery charge may apply in those cases.
